Hello all, and welcome to my blog about Old Hollywood, which I love with all my heart. I started this blog to have a place to write about my favorite stars, movies directors, and generally anything I can think of about the Golden Age. Also, I might be posting some fan fiction. A little bit about me.
My name is Tess. I'm a teenager who is stuck in the past. I like to think I have a bit of an old soul. My top two favorite actresses are Barbara Stanwyck and Irene Dunne. And my top favorite actors are Cary Grant, Walter Pidgeon, Clark Gable, and Jimmy Stewart. I have quite an extensive list, however. My favorite movies that come to mind are Casablanca, Now Voyager, Stella Dallas, Bringing Up Baby, Auntie Mame, The Women, All About Eve, Sunset Boulevard, Gypsy, Mildred Pierce... the list goes on. My favorite directors are Alfred Hitchcock, Frank Capra, Howard Hawkes, and George Cukor.
